Forbes recently published the article “30 Under 30 Reinventing Manufacturing In A Greener, Tech-Savvier World.” The article highlights some of the incredible young men and women who are shattering the outdated stereotypes of the manufacturing industry. Bright and ambitious, these individuals are improving the environment, making daily life more efficient, and exploring the newest technologies. They are reimagining everything from shoes to drones to deep fryers to 3D printing.
Perhaps most impressively, all of these massively intelligent entrepreneurs are under 30 years of age. They prove what we adamantly believe and try to foster with our #facesofSTEM campaign— that age is no obstacle for intelligence, drive, and ambition. The future of manufacturing technology is in the hands of STEM students, and not one of them is too young to contribute. After all, a baby shark is still a shark.
